• Beliefs come from previous experiences. A teacher may have said something to you, your parents, a friend … If they said it a few times, we take that as a belief – whether it is constructive or not.
• The other way to create beliefs is what we tell ourselves. So if we gon on and on in our heads that we are not intelligent – that becomes a belief that we are not intelligent.
